Mode of Fee Payment - Krishna Public School

(Pre-Primary to Class VIII)

  1. All fees must be paid in advance.
    Payment is accepted by Cheque / Demand Draft (DD), Debit Card, Credit Card, or POS (Card Swipe Machine) on a monthly basis from the 5th to the 12th of every month.

  2. Online payment is available via the school’s website:
    Parents can pay fees online through www.krishnapublicschool.com or kpsnonline.com using the Admission Number as the User ID and the Date of Birth (DDMMYYYY) of the child as the password.
    (For login ID & password, parents may contact the school office.)

  3. Cheque payments must be made in favour of “Krishna Public School”.

  4. Fees can be paid offline at the school from 5th to 12th of each month between 08:00 am and 03:00 pm (with lunch break from 2:00 pm to 2:30 pm), Monday to Friday, and on Saturday between 08:00 am and 12:00 Noon.

  5. Non-payment of fee by the due date will lead to the student’s name being struck off the roll.

  6. A student may be re-admitted only at the Principal’s discretion after payment of all outstanding dues.

  7. Fees may be deposited in advance for any number of installments, or for the full session, if desired.

  8. The date on which the cheque is presented will be considered the date of payment, provided the cheque is not dishonoured.

  9. Any cheque returned by the bank will be treated as non-payment of fees, and legal action may be taken along with recovery of fine and charges.

  10. In case of dispute or doubt regarding payment of dues, parents are advised to make payment first and seek refund later.

  11. Parents should keep payment receipts safely and produce them as proof of payment when required.

  12. Parents must ensure that correct details such as Admission No., Name, Class & Section are provided at the time of payment.

  13. If a student is admitted late during the session, fees will be charged on a pro-rata basis.

  14. All dues of a term must be paid before the start of examinations; admit cards will only be issued if no dues are pending.

  15. The student’s name will not be carried forward in the attendance register if the fees for the last month are unpaid, or if any dues are pending.

  16. A late fee of ₹200 per month will be charged if fees are deposited after the 12th of the month.

  17. Penalty for cheque bounce / return is ₹500.

  18. Post-Dated Cheques (PDCs) are not accepted under any circumstances.
