ADMISSION POLICY

The school follows a transparent and merit-based admission process and does not have any management quota for admission in any class from Pre-Primary to Class VIII.

Admission Criteria

  1. Pre-Primary to Class VIII
    Admission to classes Pre-Primary (Nursery, LKG, UKG) to Class VIII shall be granted purely on the basis of availability of seats in the respective class.

  2. Verification of Documents
    All details filled in the admission form shall be carefully verified by the school authorities.
    Admission will be confirmed only after successful verification of:

    • Birth Certificate

    • Previous class report card (where applicable)

    • Transfer Certificate (for applicable classes)

    • Other required documents

  3. Incomplete Forms
    Admission forms that are incomplete, incorrect, or unsupported by valid documents shall be rejected at any stage of the admission process.

  4. Seat Reservation (BPL Category)

    • 25% of seats are reserved for BPL (Below Poverty Line) students in Nursery and Class I only, as per government norms.

    • Such admissions shall be granted only after due permission from the District Education Officer (DEO).

    • Reserved seats, if remaining vacant after the prescribed process, may be filled as per the directions of the competent authority.

  5. No Written Test / Interview (Up to Class VIII)

    • For Pre-Primary to Class VIII, admission is not based on written tests or interviews, except where interaction or assessment is deemed necessary by the school for academic placement.

  6. Right of Admission
    The school management reserves the full right to grant or deny admission in any class from Pre-Primary to Class VIII, in accordance with:

    • Availability of seats

    • School rules and policies

    • State / U.T. Government guidelines

  7. Final Authority
    The decision of the Principal / Head of Institution shall be final and binding in all matters related to admission.
