Withdrawal Policy / Issue of Transfer Certificate (TC)

(Pre-Primary to Class VIII)

  • A clear calendar month’s notice in writing must be submitted before a student is withdrawn from the school.
    – If notice is not given, one month’s fee in lieu of notice must be paid.

  • Students leaving the school in May must pay the fees for the month of June in all cases.

  • The Transfer Certificate (TC) will be issued only when all school dues are fully cleared.

  • A student may be asked to leave the school on any of the following grounds:

    • Non-payment of fees

    • Disciplinary reasons

    • Repeated detention in class

    • Delay or repeated failure in payment of fees

    • Absence without payment of fee

    • Non-adherence to school rules and regulations

  • If the withdrawal application is submitted after 15th June, a pro-rata fee will be charged.

  • The Transfer Certificate will be issued after all dues are cleared and the clearance form is completed by the student/parent.
