Krishna Public School is committed to creating a safe, disciplined, and nurturing learning environment. To help achieve this goal, the cooperation of parents and guardians is essential. The following guidelines must be understood and followed by all parents and students:
Parents should regularly check the school website, school software, diary, or SMS messages for updates about school activities, homework, attendance reports, or notices.
Any communication from parents should be addressed to the Principal through the class teacher. All official correspondence to parents will be through the Principal.
Students must not bring valuable items to school. The school is not responsible for loss or damage of personal belongings.
Students are expected to join school on the notified date at the beginning of each term. A minimum attendance of 90% is compulsory to appear for end-of-term examinations.
Parents must provide correct mobile numbers and inform the school of any changes so that important SMS notifications (like attendance or marks) can be delivered.
Children who are sick should not be sent to school, especially on test days. For any absence, a written intimation must be sent to the class teacher. Only in emergencies will short leave be granted.
Parents are requested not to enter classrooms during school hours without prior permission from the Principal.
The student’s name, admission number, class, section, and house should be clearly marked on all personal items like sweaters and bags to avoid loss.
Students who repeatedly indulge in misconduct such as theft, cheating, or misbehavior — despite repeated efforts to improve — may be expelled, even during final examinations. Such decisions will be taken by a disciplinary committee appointed by the Principal.
Parents should ensure that their wards prepare lessons thoroughly, complete homework regularly, and maintain good behavior.
Students are not allowed to leave class for drinking water after every period. If necessary, students should bring water bottles.
Parents are expected to demonstrate trust in the school system and staff, especially in front of their children, to maintain confidence and respect.
Students should not call friends or relatives inside the school premises. Only parents or authorized individuals may handle matters related to the student.
The following are strictly prohibited inside school premises:
Celebrating birthdays or parties
Rowdy or rude behavior
Riding vehicles in play fields
Bursting crackers or playing Holi on campus
Spoiling gardens, lawns, flowers, and plants
Students involved in prohibited activities may face punishment or expulsion.
Students are not allowed to bring mobile phones to school. If found, the phone will be retained by the school for at least 6 months. Repeated offenses may lead to expulsion.
Students arriving after the school gate is closed will be sent back home without discussion. Half-day leave is generally not granted, even on test days, unless there is a genuine emergency, in which case proper ID and written application are required.
Students must not leave the classroom during every period, nor are they permitted to bunk classes.
Students without a valid driving license must not ride bikes or scooters to school. The school will not be responsible for any loss or damage caused due to unauthorized driving by students.
